【摘要】:Thisstandardpracticeforlifecyclecostanalysisofcommercialfoodserviceequipmentisdesignedforproducersandend-userstoutilizewhenforecastingand(or)evaluatingthelifecyclecostsofequipmentbyaccountingfortangibledifferencesinoperatingandmaintenancecostsofcommercialfoodserviceequipment.Resultsoftheanalysisdetailedinthisstandardpracticeareintendedforbudgetarypurposes.Theresultsmayalsobeusedtocompareprojectedlifecyclecostofdifferentmodelsfromasinglemanufacturer,ormodelsmanufacturedbymultiplesuppliers,ortoestablishwhenitiscosteffectivetoreplaceaspecificequipmentversusincurringcontinuedmaintenanceexpenses.Majorcategoriesincludedinthisanalysisincludetotalpurchaseprice,serviceandrepaircosts,preventativemaintenancecosts,utilityoperatingcostsanddisposalcosts.Theresultsmaybequantifiedasayearlyrunningtotalandanetpresentvalue.Inputsforthislife-cycleanalysiswillneedtocomefromavarietyofsources,includingmanufacturers,serviceagents,utilitycompanies,andendusers.Notallinputvariablesneedbeconsideredforeffectiveanalysis.Toavoidskewingtheresults,sectionswherereliableestimatesarenotavailableshouldbeleftoutoftheanalysis.Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.

【摘要】:WARNING—TheuseofthispartofISO4263caninvolvehazardousmaterials,operationsandequipment.ThispartofISO4263doesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblemsassociatedwithitsuse.ItistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthispartofISO4263toestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.ThispartofISO4263specifiesamethodforthedeterminationoftheageingbehaviourofsynthetichydraulicfluidsofcategoriesHFDR,HFDU,HEESandHEPGasdefined,forexample,inISO12922andISO15380.Theageingisacceleratedbythepresenceofoxygenandmetalcatalystsatelevatedtemperature,andthedegradationofthefluidisfollowedbychangesinacidnumber.OtherpartsofISO4263specifysimilarproceduresforthedeterminationofageingbehaviourofmineraloilsandspecifiedcategoriesoffire-resistantfluidsusedinhydraulicandotherapplications.Thistestmethodcanbeusedtocomparetheoxidationstabilityoffluidsthatarenotpronetocontaminationwithwater.However,becauseofthelargenumberofindividualfield-serviceapplications,thecorrelationbetweentheresultsofthistestandactualserviceperformancecanvarymarkedly,andisbestjudgedonexperience.Theprecisionofthistestmethodforsynthetichydraulicfluidsisnotknownbecauseinterlaboratorydataarenotavailable.Thismethodmightnotbesuitableforuseinspecificationsorintheeventofdisputedresultsaslongasthesedataarenotavailable.However,precisionforinhibitedturbineoilsisgiveninClause11forguidanceasanindicationoftheprecisionthatcouldbeobtainedforsynthetichydraulicfluids.
