【摘要】:ThispartofBS6000givesguidanceontheselectionofanacceptancesamplingsystem,schemeorplanforinspectionbyattributes.ItdoesthisprincipallybyreviewingtheavailablesystemsspecifiedbyvariousBritishStandardsandshowingwaysinwhichthesecanbecomparedinordertoassesstheirsuitabilityforanintendedapplication.Itisassumedthatthechoicehasalreadybeenmadetousesamplingbyattributesinpreferencetosamplingbyvariables.TheguidanceinBS6000-2isconfinedtoacceptancesamplingofproductsthataresuppliedinlotsandthatcanbeclassifiedasconsistingofdiscreteitems(i.e.discretearticlesofproduct).Eachiteminalotcanbeidentifiedandsegregatedfromtheotheritemsinthelotandhasanequalchanceofbeingincludedinthesample.Eachitemofproductiscountableandhasspecificcharacteristicsthataremeasurableorclassifiableasbeingconformingornonconforming(toagivenspecification).Standardsonacceptancesamplingbyattributesareapplicabletoawidevarietyofinspectionsituations.Theseinclude,butarenotlimitedto,thefollowing:a)enditems,suchascompleteproductsorsub-assemblies;b)componentsandrawmaterials;c)services;d)materialsinprocess;e)suppliesinstorage;f)maintenanceoperations;g)dataorrecords;andh)administrativeprocedures.AlthoughthisBritishStandardiswrittenprincipallyintermsofmanufactureandproduction,itisapplicabletotheselectionofsamplingsystems,schemesandplansforalltypesofproductandprocessesasdefinedinBSENISO9000.
