【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversaprocedureforacousticemission(AE)testingofinsulateddiggerderricks.1.1.1EquipmentCovered8212Thistestmethodappliestospecialmultipurposevehicle-mountedmachines,commonlyknownasdiggerderricks.Thesemachinesareprimarilydesignedtodigholes,setpoles,andpositionmaterialsandapparatus.1.1.1.1Insulatedtypediggerderricksmaybeevaluatedwiththistestmethod.Diggerderricks,ifsoequippedtopositionpersonnelorequipment,orboth,mayalsobeevaluatedwiththistestmethodinconjunctionwithTestMethodF914.1.1.2EquipmentNotCovered8212Excludedfromthistestmethodaregeneral-purposecranesdesignedonlyforliftingserviceandmachinesprimarilydesignedonlyfordiggingholes.1.2TheAEtestmethodisusedtodetectandarea-locateemissionsources.Verificationofemissionsourcesmayrequiretheuseofothernondestructivetest(NDT)methods,suchasradiography,ultrasonic,magneticparticle,liquidpenetrant,andvisualinspection.1.3Precaution8212Thistestmethodrequiresthatexternalloadsbeappliedtothesuperstructureofthevehicleundertest.Duringthetest,cautionmustbetakentosafeguardpersonnelandequipmentagainstunexpectedfailureorinstabilityofthevehicleorcomponents.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsandtestmethodsfortheconstruction,safety,classificationandmarkingofnon-domesticgas-firedoverheadradianttubeheatersincorporatedintoamulti-burnersystem(calledsystemFandreferredtointhebodyofthetextasthe"system")witheachburnerunitunderthecontrolofanautomaticburnercontrolsystem.ThisstandardisapplicabletotypeB22xandtypeB23xsystems(see4.3)intendedforuseinotherthandomesticdwellings,inwhichthesupplyofcombustionairand/ortheevacuationoftheproductsofcombustionisachievedbymechanicalmeans.Thisstandardisnotapplicableto:—systemsdesignedforuseindomesticdwellings;—outdoorsystems;—systemsinwhichtheheatinputofanindividualburnerunitexceeds120kW(basedonthenetcalorificvalueoftheappropriatereferencetestgas);—systemshavingadraughtdiverterincorporatedbetweentheexhaustfanandtheflueduct;—systemshavingfullypre-mixedgasandairburnersinwhich:—eitherthegasandallthecombustionairarebroughttogetherjustbeforethelevelofthecombustionzone;—orthepre-mixingofthegasandallcombustionairiscarriedoutinapartoftheburnerupstreamofthecombustionzone.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletosystemswhichareintendedtobetypetested.Requirementsforsystemswhicharenotintendedtobetypetestedwouldneedtobesubjecttofurtherconsideration.RequirementsconcerningtherationaluseofenergyhavenotbeenincludedinthisEuropeanStandard.
