【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesadditionalteststoverifythestabilityofcounterbalancedlifttruckswhenhandlingfreightcontainersof6m(20ft)lengthandabove.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestestsinadditiontothosespecifiedinISO1074.ThestabilitytestscontainedinthisInternationalStandardensurethatcounterbalancedtruckshandlingfreightcontainershavesatisfactorystabilitywhenreasonablyandappropriatelyusedunderthefollowingconditions.a)Thetruck(travellingwiththefreightcontaineratnormaltravellingheightandstacking)isoperatingunderconditionswherethewindspeedisupto12,2m/s(BeaufortScaleForce6).b)Alternativeratingsforuseinhigherwindspeedsshallbedevelopedbyuseofhighervaluesforwindspeed,v,inequations(1)and(2)in3.5.3.c)Thetruckistravellingforwardwiththefreightcontainerleading,elevatedsothatthebaseisnothigherthan1mabovethepointofmaximumdepressionoftheseatcushionundertheoperatorandthemastisfullytiltedback.NOTE—Theelevatedloadpermitsanoperatortoseeunderneaththefreightcontainer.Stabilityteststocoverconditionsstatedina)orb)areapplicabletoalltrucks.Stabilityteststocoverconditionsstatedinc)areonlyapplicabletoatruckwhichwilloperatewithapartiallyelevatedcontainer.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotapplytotruckswhen1)handlingsuspendedloadswhichmayswingfreely,2)handlingacontainerwhichhasamobilecentreofgravity(seeISO3874).
