【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusefulforthecomparisonofmaterials,asaqualitycontroltest,andmaybeusedforspecificationpurposes.Thistestmethodisusefulintheselectionanduseofmaterialsinwires,cables,bushings,high-voltagerotatingmachinery,andotherelectricalapparatusinwhichshieldingorthedistributionofvoltagestressmaybeofvalue.Commerciallyavailablex201C;moderatelyconductivex201D;materialsfrequentlyarecomprisedofbothconductiveandresistivecomponents(thatis,cellulosefiberswithcolloidalcarbonblackparticlesattachedtoportionsofthesurfacesofthosefibers,ordiscreteconductiveparticlesadheredtothesurfacesofelectricalinsulatingpolymers).Suchcommerciallyavailablematerialsareoftenmanufacturedinamannerthatmayresultinanisotropywithrespecttoelectricalconduction.Hence,thesignificanceoftestsusingthistestmethodmaydependupontheorientationofthespecimentestedtotheelectricfieldandtherelationshipbetweenthisorientationandtheorientationofthematerialintheelectricalapparatuswhichusesthesematerials.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthemeasurementofelectricalresistanceorconductanceofmaterialsthataregenerallycategorizedasmoderatelyconductiveandareneithergoodelectricalinsulatorsnorgoodconductors.1.2Testmeasurementsofelectricalresistance(orconductance)andspecimengeometrydataareusedtocomputeanelectricalresistivityforthematerial.1.3Thistestmethodappliestoallmaterialsthatexhibitvolumeresistivityintherangeof1to107-cmorsurfaceresistivityintherangeof103to107(persquare).1.4Thistestmethodisdesignedformeasurementsatstandardconditionsof23Cand50%relativehumidity,butitsprinciplesofoperationcanbeappliedtospecimensmeasuredatlowerorhighertemperaturesandrelativehumidities.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Specificprecautionarystatementsaregivenin.
