【摘要】:ThispartofEN1555specifiesthecharacteristicsofpipesmadefrompolyethylene(PE)forpipingsystemsinthefieldofthesupplyofgaseousfuels.Italsospecifiesthetestparametersforthetestmethodsreferredtointhisstandard.InconjunctionwithParts1and3to5ofEN1555,itisapplicabletoPEpipes,theirjointsandtojointswithcomponentsofPEandothermaterialsintendedtobeusedunderthefollowingconditions:a)amaximumoperatingpressure,MOP,uptoandincluding10bar1);b)anoperatingtemperatureof20°Casreferencetemperature.NOTE1Forotheroperatingtemperatures,deratingcoefficientsshouldbeused,seeEN1555-5.EN1555coversarangeofmaximumoperatingpressuresandgivesrequirementsconcerningcoloursandadditives.Itcoversthreetypesofpipe:?PEpipes(outsidediameterdn)includinganyidentificationstripes;?PEpipeswithco-extrudedlayersoneitherorboththeoutsideand/orinsideofthepipe(totaloutsidediameterdn)asspecifiedinAnnexA,wherealllayershavethesameMRSrating;?PEpipes(outsidediameterdn)withapeelable,contiguousthermoplasticsadditionallayerontheoutsideofthepipe(‘coatedpipe’)asspecifiedinAnnexB.NOTE2Itistheresponsibilityofthepurchaserorspecifiertomaketheappropriateselectionsfromtheseaspects,takingintoaccounttheirparticularrequirementsandanyrelevantnationalregulationsandinstallationpracticesorcodes.
