【摘要】:Thisstandardgivesguidanceonlevelsofimperfectionsinelectronandlaserbeamweldedjointsinsteel.Threelevelsaregiveninsuchawayastopermitapplicationforawiderangeofweldedfabrications.Thelevelsrefertoproductionqualityandnottothefitness-for-purposeoftheproductmanufactured.Thisstandardappliestoelectronandlaserbeamweldingof:-unalloyedandalloyedsteels;-alltypesofweldsweldedwithorwithoutadditionalfillerwire;-materialsequaltoorabove0,5mmthicknessforelectronandlaserbeamwelding.Whensignificantdeviationsfromthejointgeometriesanddimensionsstatedinthisstandardarepresentintheweldedproduct,itisnecessarytoevaluatetowhatextenttheprovisionsofthisstandardcanapply.Metallurgicalaspects,e.g.grainsize,hardnessarenotcoveredbythisstandard.
