【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesinductivelycoupledplasmaatomicemissionspectroscopy(ICP-AES)methodforthedeterminationof:?mineralscalcium,sodium,phosphorus,magnesiumandpotassiumandtheelementsiron,zinc,copper,manganese,cobalt,molybdenuminanimalfeedingstuffs,?elementsarsenic,leadandcadmiuminmineralsontheirown,inpre-mixturesormixturesforuseinanimalnutrition.Themethoddetectionlimitforeachelementisdependentonthesamplematrixaswellasoftheinstrument.Themethodisnotapplicablefordeterminationoflowconcentrationsofelements.Thelimitofquantificationshouldbe3mg/kgorlower.NOTEThismethodcanalsobeusedforthedeterminationofmineralsinproductswithhighmineralcontent(>5%),yetforthispurpose,othermorepreciseanalyticaltechniquesareavailable.
